6. Robert Ballard - A modern-day oceanographer who is determined to solve the mystery of Amelia's disappearance.
Setting: The story begins in 1937 as Amelia Earhart and Fred Noonan embark on their historic flight to circumnavigate the globe. After encountering unexpected challenges, the duo crash-lands on Nikumaroro, a remote island in the Pacific Ocean.
